System Configuration/Installation

We can configure and provide installation services for Avaya PARTNER® ACS, MERLIN MAGIX®, IP Office, and DEFINITY PBX systems.

 

Assessment

ITT Marketing will make an assessment of your needs via consultation with your IT personnel.  Our staff is fully trained by Avaya to make an accurate assessment of both your voice and data communcations needs.

 

Configuration

ITT Marketing will then configure the chosen voice and data communication system and provide your company with a written quote of the equipment needed.

 

Installation

ITT Marketing uses fully trained Avaya Certified technicians to install your new system.  If you should choose to have Avaya install your new system, we can make all the arrangements for you.

Circuit Packs/Upgrades

We are a marketer of the complete line of new and fully refurbished circuit packs, upgrades, voice mail, and accessories for Avaya Communication Systems.

 

All our equipment is fully guaranteed and eligible for Avaya installation and maintenance programs.

 

All equipment is fully tested to be in 100% working order before it is shipped to the customer location.  You can be assured that when the equipment arrives, it is ready for installation by your technicians and/or Avaya personnel.

Voice/Data Cabling

Call ITT Marketing for the design and installation of local area network (LAN) CAT.5, CAT.5e. CAT.6 and voice/data cabling.

 

ITT Marketing can make an assessment of your cabling needs and make the actual cable runs within your building complex.  Typical fees are on a per run basis.  Call us today with a description of your needs.  ITT Marketing will respond with a quote for the work in a timely manor.
